It helps you notice how your moods change across the different phases of your cycle and gently reminds you when your next period may be approaching, all based on the entries you record and the cycle length you set. From time to time, those entries are gathered into a short reflection, using simple calculations to help you look back and notice patterns over time. Everything stays on your device, private and under your control. Nothing is sent to external servers. There are no accounts to create, no tracking technologies, and no advertising — just a calm little cloud watching over your rhythms, one month at a time.
